From broken homes\, devastated families\, to fatherless children; these are the realities “we all” now face daily. \nSaturday April 4th\, please come help F3 Washington make a difference in the lives of those that need “you” by providing “a road out of the bondage” of addiction. \nF3 Washington in affiliation with Run the East will be holding a 5K / 10K combination road race with an open to the public community breakfast provided by Haw Branch Church of Christ. The event will be held at Mac Hodges / Festival Park in Washington. \nF3 Washington is committed to helping those suffering with substance use disorders and mental illness. All proceeds from the 2026 Exodus Run will serve this purpose while continuing to raise awareness of this worldwide issue. \nCome help us make a difference by signing up and come run the most beautiful course in all of Eastern North Carolina! \nRegistration: HERE\n5k – $35\n10k – $45 \n
